Cheesy Potatoes

1 pkg  of Southern style hash browns (completely thawed) or you can also use red potatoes sliced and diced.
1 can of cream & celery soup
1 pint of sour cream 16oz
1 stick of butter melted
1 diced onion
2 cups of shredded cheddar
Salt and Pepper to your likeing, mix all put in a 9x13in pan bake 390 for 60 min +
